We should try that here in America... At least our tax dollars would go towards SOMETHING getting done in congress :-)

Speaking of bars in parliament ... here in the Irish Parliament, it is called the Dail Eirenn (Irish Parliament in Gaelic), the first guy to get fined for smoking in a pub after the implementation of the country wide smoking ban was a politician who lit up in the pub that is on the premises of the Dail! That is chuzpah!
