The Joy Division movie...

This past weekend I finally had the chance to see the film Control.

The movie is about Joy Division, and the bands singer Ian Curtis, who, at age 23 on the eve of the bands first US Tour hung himself.

Even with the heavy subject matter, the film was pretty well done. I had read about it ages ago and sort of need to 'remember' to add things to Netflix. Even casual fans of the band might enjoy it, it has be back to the Joy Division cds today...
