Did any "fan of video games" actaully get a Playstation 3?
It seems like every one that was sold has ended up on ebay.
Nobody I know has one or even knows anyone that has one. (Granted I am way out of the video game sales target demo) but I work w/a fair number of younger males that are the target demo.
Its thinking of crap like this that kept me out of the really good schools.

We didnt!!! I dont even think it's released here in oz yet?? hmm will haveto check on that...
We only just got a ps2 for our kids... How sad is that...
And the whopper is they barely play with it....
I know a guy that got one. The local Wal-Mart effed up and let a load of people in at once, and he just happened to get one. He hadn't even been waiting in line.
I got one.
Took a LOT of effort and I will be doing a LONG post about very soon.
Until my ps2 breaks, I'm not caving in and getting one, much to the heartbreak of my boys. Can't keep up with all the new technology and the high prices. Jeesh.
I am going to wait to see which is predominant: HD-DVD or Blu-Ray
Also, I find it amusing that the wii controllers are breaking.
Those Wii controllers are breaking b/c people keep thowing them against their walls and TV screens. Nintendo needs to make the wrist strap sturdier. I want one though. $5 to download NES games, $8 for SNES and Sega Genisis, and $10 for N64 games. Perfect. That alone makes the Wii the greatest video game system ever.
