Thanks brotha. You would be surprised how good it makes you feel when someone says thanks.
Had a little old lady stop me shortly after 9/11 and shook my hand and told me "thanks for wearing that uniform son, you make me feel safe" I dam near cried when I came home and told Jenn.
Not to get all sappy, but none of us who do not serve can even fathom the sacrifice made by those who do serve. I am humbled to live in a country that is so selflessly protected by such people. My thanks goes out every day...not just this one. True heroes, you all are.
