Being a big U2 fan, I had to listen to this. While listening to that song, I was reminded of "Wild, Wild West" by Escape Club. Parts of the U2 song sounded like that to me. I'm not digging it. :(
I was thinking of "Pump It Up" by Elvis Costello, but "Wild Wild West" is dead on.
